We don't like it anymore than you do, but the transaction fees for credit cards are really insane! So please forgive us for setting a minimum value of $16 for all our online transactions to make sure we can also cover the cost of the transaction. 

If you come down to the museum and make your purchase via cash or paynow, there won't be any additional fees. If you require to make a purchase with a credit card, on site, there will be a $1.00 transaction fee.

All ticket and feed sales are valid 3 months from the date of purchase and are not returnable/refundable after the 3 months, simply show us your receipt/email and you're all set! 

All souvenirs sold are non-refundable/non-returnable, unless we are satisfied with proof that the souvenir was damaged during shipment to you. 

For eligible returns on souvenir purchases, they must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase in its original packaging in person (unless you can guarantee the souvenir won't be damaged on the shipment back).
